Join us at Voice of America Park for a 5K Run and Walk to support the Butler Philharmonic Orchestra. The BPO, formerly The Hamilton Fairfield Symphony Orchestra, now serves the communities of West Chester Township, Liberty Township, Mason, Trenton, Monroe, Fairfield, Hamilton, Middletown, Sharonville, and Oxford. In addition to performing 5-7 concerts each year, the BPO supports a 90 member Youth Symphony and a 75 member Choir. We also administer more than a dozen scholarships yearly to deserving young musicians.

MASTER OF CEREMONIES:
John Lomax from 12-WKRC-TV will be back by popular demand to emcee the event.
This year’s race will be chip timed with Ipico shoe tags (chips). All Times will be read electronically. You do not have to have a tag to participate but you must have a tag to receive a time. To receive a time, you must attach shoe tag to your shoe. No tag, no time! Shoe tags will be distributed on race-day only. Tags are re-useable and will be collected at the finish line. If you are given a tag, you must agree to return it for re-use.

Top male and female runners and walkers. Age group awards to the top of each run/walk division. Awards presented immediately following the race/walk.

There will be live entertainment along the race, and family-friendly activities throughout the morning. including a Free Kids Run.
Special guests include Mozart himself joined by the Town Crier. Refreshments will be provided for all entrants.

All Pre-registered entries that include a valid email address will receive an email confirmation of registration prior to the race.
Pre-registration:$25 with a T-shirt or $20 without shirt . Register by 3/24/18 to be guaranteed to get a shirt.
Kids 14 and under: $20.00 with a T-Shirt or $15 without a shirt. Register by 3/24/18 to be guaranteed to get a shirt.
LATE/RACE DAY REGISTRATION FEE: $5 additional to above listed prices.
New for 2018. Can’t make it out to the race? You can still show your support for the BPO by signing up for the “Sleep-in” option for $20.

Race T-shirts are included in the regular registration fee. You have an option to choose not to purchase a shirt for $5 less than the advertised price.
